List the voice models this workspace owns, with the id to pass to voice.speak, when each was created and what consent was attested for it.

Use when you need the voice_id of a voice you cloned earlier, or to check what this workspace is still paying to keep. Takes no input. Only ever returns voices belonging to the caller’s own workspace.

Free. This call is not charged. It places no hold, it draws nothing from your balance, and it works on an empty wallet. Nothing to reconcile afterwards and no ceiling to read.
